Yannick peut recevoir pour quelques jours (4 jours minimum) des personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par un tel s\u00e9jour. Vous vivrez dans le calme, pratiquerez la m\u00e9ditation et participerez \u00e0 la vie communautaire. Voici quelques informations qui vous seront utiles avant de faire votre demande.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Individual stays are one of the activities offered as part of the <a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"https:\/\/meditentramis.net\/index.php\/mindfulness-meditation-in-britanny\/\">Medit&#8217;Entr&#8217;Amis<\/a> project.<span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"> Yannick can host for a few days (4 days minimum) people interested in an individual stay. You will live in peace, practice meditation and participate in community life. Here is some information that will be useful to you before making your request.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><strong>La vie \u00e0 la Mudit\u0101<br \/><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Life at La Mudit\u0101<\/span><br \/><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p align=\"justify\">La vie \u00e0 la Mudit\u0101 est une vie simple, communautaire.<br \/><span lang=\"en-US\">La maison est une maison compos\u00e9e de plusieurs chambres qui est situ\u00e9e sur un terrain arbor\u00e9 dans une commune du d\u00e9partement du Finist\u00e8re en Bretagne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Life at Mudit\u0101 is a simple, community life.<br \/><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\" style=\"color: #800080;\">The house is a house composed of several rooms and is located on a wooded plot in a commune of the department of Finist\u00e8re in Brittany.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Les s\u00e9ances de m\u00e9ditations du matin et du soir<\/strong><br \/>Nous pratiquons la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience (vipassana) lors des s\u00e9ances du matin de 7H \u00e0 8H et du soir de 21H \u00e0 22H tous les jours sauf le vendredi soir, le samedi soir et le dimanche matin. Nous essayons d&#8217;assister \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble des s\u00e9ances.<br \/>Actuellement, une s\u00e9ance de Yoga a lieu juste avant la m\u00e9ditation du matin de 7H \u00e0 7H30.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Morning and evening meditation sessions<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #800080;\">We practice mindfulness meditation (vipassana) during the morning sessions from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and in the evening from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. We try to attend all the sessions. These days, a yoga session takes place just before the morning meditation from 7 a.m. to 7:30 a.m..<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>repas et t\u00e2ches collectives<br \/><\/strong>Le petit d\u00e9jeuner est \u00e0 8H, le d\u00e9jeuner vers 12H45 et le diner (l\u00e9ger) vers 18H45. Les repas sont simples, sans alcool et sont adapt\u00e9s dans la mesure du possible aux membres pr\u00e9sents (v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, vegan). Le diner est un repas l\u00e9ger.<br \/>Nous participons tous \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des repas et aux travaux m\u00e9nagers.<br \/><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>Meals and Collective tasks<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Breakfast is at 8 a.m., lunch around 12:45 p.m. and dinner (light) around 6:45 p.m. The meals are simple, alcohol-free and are adapted as far as possible to the members present (vegetarian, vegan). En particulier, un silence attentif est observ\u00e9 du d\u00e9but de la m\u00e9ditation du soir \u00e0 la fin de la m\u00e9ditation du matin.<br \/>Les smartphones et autres dispositifs connect\u00e9s sont laiss\u00e9s dans les chambres. <br \/><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>The silence<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #800080;\">We respect the silence of the place. Lorsque cela peut s&#8217;av\u00e9rer int\u00e9ressant, des s\u00e9ances de m\u00e9ditations guid\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre organis\u00e9es. De m\u00eame, des enseignements vid\u00e9os ou au visionnage de films li\u00e9s \u00e0 la vie en pleine pr\u00e9sence peuvent \u00eatre propos\u00e9s. Les s\u00e9jours sont enti\u00e8rement offerts par l&#8217;association (h\u00e9bergement et restauration). En fin de s\u00e9jour, vous pouvez <a href=\"https:\/\/meditentramis.net\/index.php\/association-meditentramis\/\">faire un don \u00e0 l&#8217;association<\/a> pour financer les s\u00e9jours de ceux qui vous suivront.<br \/><span style=\"color: #800080;\">The individual stays offered by the association are suitable for people with very little experience in meditation as well as experienced meditators. When it may be interesting, guided meditation sessions can be arranged. Similarly, video lessons or the viewing of films related to life in full presence can be offered. Stays are offered by the association (accommodation and catering).
